Al-Hasib Meaning: The Reckoner, The Sufficient, The one who Suffices. Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ is Al-Haseeb (in Arabic: ٱلْحَسِيبُ). He is The One who takes account of all actions and reckons them on the day of judgment. There is nothing that goes unnoticed, however small.
Sabbiḥisma rabbikal-a'lā. Sucikanlah nama Tuhanmu Yang Mahatinggi, الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ فَسَوّٰىۖ. Allażī khalaqa fasawwā. yang menciptakan, lalu menyempurnakan (ciptaan-Nya), وَالَّذِيْ قَدَّرَ فَهَدٰىۖ. Wal-lażī qaddara fahadā. yang menentukan kadar (masing-masing) dan memberi petunjuk, وَالَّذِيْٓ اَخْرَجَ الْمَرْعٰىۖ. Wal-lażī akhrajal-mar'ā.
Al-Muqtadir. Allah ka ye ek aisa naam hain Jo Allah ta'ala ki khudrat ke kamaal aur intehaa par dalaalat karta hai ke woh Allah apne ilm-e-sabiq ke mutabiq apne faisle nafiz karne aur taqleeq karne (ya'ni paida karne Par) kaamil khudrat rakhta hai. 71.
