Basic Definition Of "Abu" At its core, Abu is a noun that means "father" in Arabic. It is derived from the Arabic word "ab" which directly translates to "father." In this sense, Abu is used as a title or a prefix to indicate someone's fatherhood.
The morphology of Arabic language constitutes two main systems: inflectional morphology and derivational morphology. Inflectional morphology is used to express grammatical relations and derivational morphology deals with the formation of new words in language; it contains two types of word patterns: verbal and nominal.
For the emphatic letters, type the capital letters: H, S, D, T, Z. To add a diacritical mark, type an apostrophe: t', H', d', s', S', T', g'. Type =a, =i, =u to add a short vowel mark; type ==a, ==i, ==u to add a tanwīn. The letters with the sound g, p, v don't exist in Arabic.
